• Location data — approximate location from your IP, or a ZIP code you provide, used to show nearby listings and estimate shipping.

c) Information from third parties

• Payment processor — limited transaction details from our payment provider (Stripe).
• Service providers and partners — fraud-prevention, hosting, and analytics providers.

2. How we use your information

• Create and manage your account and show you relevant listings.
• Connect buyers with sellers and enable buyer–seller messaging.
• Process orders and payments and hold funds in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
• Send notifications about your orders, messages, and account activity.
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• Improve, personalize, and develop the Services.
• Send you marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.

• With other users — your display name, profile, listings, ratings, and messages are visible to the users you transact with.
• With service providers — hosting, analytics, payment processing, verification, and support vendors who act on our behalf.

Payments are escrow-protected and never released until a buyer confirms delivery. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 10. International users

The Services are operated in and intended for users in the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S.
